The ‘Promenade‘ is latest luxury property project by BGD Architects, positioned in exclusive internet site in Queensland, Australia. Corten steel screens wrap the 1st floor bedrooms providing a veil for the bedroom spaces inside.
The approach to the home, presents a structured and grounded design and style, balanced by the delicate screen pattern and soft landscaping. At evening, the property transforms to a glowing lantern. Entry by way of the side arbour progressively opens upon a generous internal courtyard which appears by way of the major living area, framing the city skyline.
